Hey! I’m Monique, an instructional designer who believes learning should feel less like a checkbox and more like an experience.

With a bachelor’s in theatre and a master’s in education, I’ve always been drawn to finding creative ways to communicate ideas and design learning that makes an impact. I may not be on (or backstage) anymore, but I have over a decade of experience working with adult learners in higher education and non-profit organizations. As a passionate educator and lifelong learner, I aim to design curriculum that centers both the learner and the learning outcomes. Every experience I create is intentional and built to be meaningful and measurable.

I take a full circle approach to learning, connecting the dots between the why and the practical application. Just like that theatre degree I once shelved, the skills I gained from it now show up in my instructional design work through storytelling, attention to detail, and creating experiences that truly resonate.
